In addition to special maintenance, removable plate heat exchangers must also be serviced on time. Removable plate heat exchangers are easy to maintain and convenient to disassemble. Depending on the situation, different methods can be used. If the machine does not leak, the heat conduction system software is reduced. It is not as simple as disassembly or maintenance; simply use a closed-circuit system software to deliver caustic soda solution into the machine and keep it for a few hours. If there is no such standard and the scale buildup after disassembly is found to be not severe, then there is no need to remove the panel; immediately clean with tap water or a soft brush.
When cleaning and cleaning removable plate heat exchangers, many items must be carefully observed. Do not use sulfuric acid or water with high fluoride concentrations to clean stainless steel plates, nor do you need to use ammonium sulfate or hydrochloric acid to clean titanium plates. In-place cleaning is the preferred method for cleaning plates, especially when the process fluid in the equipment contains adhesive properties. When removing the removable plate heat exchanger, drain the liquid entering and exiting the branch pipes on both sides of the heat exchanger. If the water cannot be drained, tap water can forcibly break through the process fluid.
Warm water is used to erode the heat exchanger from both sides until the discharged water becomes increasingly responsive and lacks processing fluid mechanics. The eroded water is discharged to the heat exchanger and connected to the local high-pressure cleaning pump. To clean thoroughly, it is essential to move the in-place cleaning solution from the bottom end of the slab to the top, ensuring that all surface layers of the slabs are wetted with the cleaning solution. In-place cleaning solutions should be used to corrode with a higher water flow rate, or the in-place cleaning nozzle diameter should be used for cleaning with a larger water flow.
If on-site cleaning can be carried out according to the established timely cleaning plan before complete environmental pollution, the actual cleanup effect will be even better. After cleaning with an on-site cleaning solution, use purified water to completely erode and clean the area.
